Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the service, there is no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the service, there is a 50% cancellation fee of what you would have paid.

Obligation of Honesty and Fair Dealing Policy

I commit to exclusively using Teen-Work's platform for all contractor payments, bookings, and referrals. I will not make any payments, offers, or bookings directly with Teen-Work contractors outside of the platform. All my transactions and referrals will be conducted solely through Teen-Work.

Policy Regarding Automatic Charging

Should the service extend beyond the initially booked duration, I grant Teen-Work permission to automatically charge me for the corresponding additional amount.
